For qualified projects, the next step is an on-site Property Assessment.

PROPERTY ASSESSMENT

$500

The assessment fee covers our time on-site evaluating the property, opportunity, condition and overall project scope.

If the client moves forward with a full Croft & Commons transformation, the full $500 assessment fee is credited toward the Croft & Commons Professional Project Fee.

The assessment is used to determine project scope. Detailed design concepts and final selections begin after the full project agreement is in place.
